Double billing

Hello!

When you look at my statements, I realized that I got two collections, one of the family plan, and one of R$10,00 (I'm Brazilian). I hired the familiar, and the next day I'm back to the premium, and the next day I hired for me the plan for students, where paid half the normal **bleep** of the premium.
Who can tell me what happened?

I wish I could help you directly but I think it's best to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form for this issue and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
