Downgrade, payment..how to restore premium?

I'm used to my premiumaccount for almost a year now. I'm satisfied with it, but due to christmas shopping my monthly payment was not possible through my creditcard. I chose to downgrade. Today the money was withdrawn because i filled my card again. But for me it seems impossible to upgrade to premium now, or is it normal that you need to fill in a securitycode from you creditcard again? I'm afraid of the risk of double payment this month..
