Duo will not accept my address but it is the same address my fiancé put in

Duo will not accept my address but it is the same address my fiancé put in

our addresses are identical but we have an apartment number and google maps will not recognize it so we can not log in.

Hey there! I am happy to help. 

Can you make sure that you’re inputting the same exact address as what is listed on the plan manager’s account? That may be a reason why you’re facing problems when attempting to join the Duo plan, and you can double-check to make sure the address is the exact same by looking at that on the account page of the owner. 

 

If the issue persists, I’d recommend trying an address from one that is listed on Google. After that, you can try to join once more and let me know how it goes.
