My Question or Issue

After joining a class playlist, I stopped being able to access any content and premium was taken away. Every album now says "the tracks on this release are not available"

We tried to fix it by changing subscription but that didn't help - plus shouldn't I be able to access the app even on a free plan?

Hey @Hepywan, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? If that doesn’t work, can you let me know what your plan status shows on your account page here? It would also be great to let me know what plan you were originally on (Duo, Family, Individual)?
