Duplicated account

I have a duplicated account created when i changed the FB password. Can someone of the staff delete the empty new one?? Right now is impossible to me to log in to my old account where i have all my playlist...

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Did you get a case # from them? Also, make sure you check your junk/spam folder.
