E-Mail Change

Hey there Guys,

Today i noticed that my e-mail linked to my spotify account is closed and not working anymore (made the mistake linking my old work email). To change the email the page is asking me for the password which i can't remember either. So i'm stuck and i think this is related with my latest payment issues.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:

For the Spotify username box, enter the username for the account you are having trouble with

For the preferred contact box, enter an email address that you have access to so you can get the reply from support

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
