E-card code does not work

E-card code does not work

My father bought me an e-card for Spotify Premium for one month.

Sadly enough, the code I got doesn't work. It says I already used it.

 

I checked if maybe my father used it by accident. But he barely knows the programm and he has no account, so that is not possible. My account is also still in the Free modus.

 

I have already mailed Spotify Support. The gave me this link: www.spotify.com/redeem and told me to try the code again. But it still does not work. I don't know what to do.

I would suggest you have a read at this FAQ which outlines what to do in this situation.
