Cannot log to my account on desktop /mobile/web client
when i try to log in spotify site to see my account i get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
when i try to log in using facebook i have this error - "ERROR: 3"
when i try to reset my password i have this error - "The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account."
same problem 😞
I searched Google for a while and looks like you can try to fix this issue by deleting your browser cookies and cache, you can do that with a CCleaner which is free software.
If this doesn't help let me know.
PS: I also faced this problem and I solved it by reinstalling Spotify Desktop App, first I uninstalled it and then I restarted my computer and then reinstalled and problem disappeared.
You can uninstall Spotify by following this tutorial below.
Did you clean your cache and cookies before you tested those 5 browsers? You can also try to disable your antivirus temporarily and reset your router back to factory settings. Also make sure you don't have any added lines in your Hosts file.

I contacted a Rock Star who can contact Spotify Staff so they can figure out what is causing this issue.
Have you guys tried using not the email, but just the username?
Instead of username@gmail.com, just type in username.
(Note, this is for the app, not the browser)

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Did you check your Spam/Junk folder? You have to also reply back to that email you received from Spotify even if it's from a No-Repli email address.
