Editing playlist - mostly all gone :(

I was using my laptop to edit my playlist, have a bit of a clear out, then all of a sudden most of the playlist has disappeared after Spotify closing for an update. It reopened, showed a screen with my playlists which I'd never seen before, and then when I opened the playlist again, most of my tracks had gone. The playlist is my entire music supply, I use the phone in my car and am going away travelling on Thursday so even if I can just restore the playlist to before I started deleting stuff (i.e. 24 hours ago?) otherwise I'm never gonna find and download it all again in time. 😞

Not to worry, your Spotify playlists haven’t disappeared - it sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page ”Can I create multiple accounts?” here for more info.

If you’re definitely logged into the right account, but you’re still not seeing some playlists, I’d suggest reading this Spotify Answer for the correct steps.

Hi!

I can see my playlists, but my main playlist most of the tracks have
disappeared from, as if I highlighted them and deleted?

Hope there's some kind of undo?

Hey @tarasimmons754,

You mean the Songs folder?

Try CTRL+Z for Windows and CMD+Z for Mac to see if that helps.
