I logged into Spotify using my Facebook, and I changed my email address through Facebook but it has not updated on my Spotify account. How do I sync my Spotify and Facebook accounts? I've tried disconnecting my Facebook and Spotify accounts and reconnecting, and logging out of Spotify on everything. Please help!

It sounds like you created your account through Facebook. The changes made on Facebook do no longer apply to your Spotify account. For this to get resolved, we suggest that you get in touch with the support staff found here.
