Email associated with account has been deactivated, can't reset password

Email associated with account has been deactivated, can't reset password

I was automatically logged out of my account on my phone for some reason, and I cannot log back in.  The email address that I used to set up the account is no longer active, so I cannot retrieve a new password from the address associated with my Spotify premium account.  Furthermore, I cannot use the contact form because the contact form requires you to know your user name and password, which I do not.  I also do not have a twitter account.  Does Spotify have a HelpDesk or hotline to call for customer service?  If not, is there any way to cancel my subscription without knowing my login information?

I suggest you to contact the Spotify support on their email:

support@spotify.com

 

If you get an email back directing to the support forums, reply back to that email even if it is from noreply

Hey @user-removed!

I'd recommend you to contact support directly using this anonymous contact form.

With this contact form you can reach them without access to your Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
