Email change.

Hello,

I recently deleted my facebook and would like to also delete the email that was associated with it. I realized that my spotify was still on that email so I attempted to change it. The only option that comes up is "you can change your email through Facebook". Since I do not have a Facebook anymore I can not do this, and I am not going to create one just to change the email. Is there any way I can change my spotify email without using Facebook?
