Hi,

It looks like you received an automated response. Spotify sends that I think to acknowledge that they've received your message on their system. But a live person should email you back within a few hours.

If they didn't, then I'd suggest to contact Spotify again through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end. They may ask you some other information that'll help them to locate your account. But, I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
