I LOST all my account information

I LOST all my account information

Hi, my account has disapear, with all my songs, playlist and friends, how can i get it back again?

 

This morning was perfectly ok, but now it´s all in blank

I had the same problem with you in the past. I guess it was because of my expired premium account. When i reactivated it, my playlists were all deleted but my friends came back. Also check out your friends' profile if you unfollowed them. If you have an expired subscription, unfortunately you have to load all your playlists back.

I'd suggest to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.

 

I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
