Trouble logging in

Ok. So last month I went to Reading festival 2k16, (had a great time btw). I didn't have any more money in my account a couple days before so my Spotify was cancelled. Around the second day into reading my Ma transferred me £20 but my card was left at home. So I mobile banked my £5 into a friends account for her to buy the premium to keep it going, win win right? However, a month passed and money was taken out of my friends account, I guess I forgot to change the account back to my card details. My friend recently changed her bank provider and since my account was still connected to her bank details. My Spotify went from premium, to free... to non existent🙄. Yup! NON EXISTENT, now I'm stuck on the login screen, telling me that my password is wrong EVEN THOUGH I KNOW FOR A FACT ITS NOT. HELP MEEEEE PLEASSSEEEEE. My playlists, saved songs and followers...GONE, please fix this asap, my username is (KaiAntoine)

You can get in touch with Spotify in their Contact form and ask them to check the status of your account. They can also be able to help you in logging in to your account.

Hey there,

I've already tried this, it fits under error code: 3. Well at least that's
what it says when I try logging in, however, I know my password isn't
wrong. I haven't changed it so there's something wrong with the system?

Hi,

Error 3 indicates an issue with your login details. Since you're certain that your password is correct, then I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.

I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
