Hello i got problem with logging.. got a problem with this 

 

"Your account is temporarily unavailable. Regain access by logging in from a web browser."

 

but the problem is i cant log in in a web browser.. my account name is kwasek15@yahoo.com hope u can help

Do you normally login using a Spotify username or using your email address (which is Facebook login)?

im using this to login in spotify kwasek15@yahoo.com but it says i need to login in website to activate my region or something like that..

Can you login to Facebook fine?

the problem is my facebook is deleted.. i can't login to website..

That will be the issue, it looks like your Spotify account was created via Facebook and if that is the case, your Facebook must remain active for you to be able to use that Spotify account. 

 

You will need to get in touch with Spotify support here and they will be able to lend a hand to get you set up on a new account with your playlists. If you get an automated email reply directing you to the community, just reply directly to it and an adviser will be in touch.

Hi,

 

Logging in depends if your account is created through Facebook, or if it is created through Spotify.

 

If your account is created through Facebook, all you have to do is click LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK.

 

However, if your account is created through Spotify, then you need to typed in your username (not your email address) and password to log in.

 

If you're unsure about your username I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and they can better assist you.
