My Question or Issue

I tried managing my premium family. When I click on the 'Premium Family' link in the 'My Account' page, it prompts me to enter my adress. When I do so, an error message appears saying an error has occured and asks me to try again, but it does not work. Therefore I cannot manage my Premium Family account.
