Error 17 while logging in

Hello.

I have problem with error 17 while logging in. The problem appared suddently when i have paused music and minimized Windows app. Everything was fine, but when i have opened Spotify again, i had to log in again. Now, when i try to do it i repetadly get Error 17. I don't use any proxy, problem does not exist on mobile, only on windows, but it's not appearing on other PC in the same network. I get it also when using mobile data (different network) on my PC. I've tried everything, reinstalling, turning off firewall, compatibility mode with no good results. Is there any way to fix it?

Hello.

I will try to help you to solve this problem, first I must know if you are outside of your country. If you have been more than 14 days outside of the country that is established in your account it will not let you enter. Enter the menu options in your accont and edit the city and the zip code. It should work, if it's not what's happening to you I am very sorry, i hope you solve this problem.

Looks like this is the problem, but when i'm in settings, there is no Russia, where i currently study. Spotify is not supported in Russia?
