You should never see error 408 with a premium account. Are you sure you are logging in using the correct details?

Are you logging in as veramilenkovic with your username and Spotify password, or are you logging in with your Facebook details?
Hi,
I have seen the problem now. Your Spotify account is still set as being in Sweden and the card attached to it has expired. This is why you are getting that error. I have removed the country restriction and you should now be able to login to your account at www.spotify.com/account/subscription and change your details.
If you need help switching the account over to Germany, please send a support request through to Support. They will then be able to change the account over for you - They will need your date of birth and new postal code.

I am having very similar problems that just occurred today.
I opened Spotify on my iPhone and it just logged me off and now says 'Error code 408' when I try to log in.
I tried logging in on my Mac and it says 'Your country does not match the one set in your profile. /.../'
I have changed it from Sweden to the UK even though I shouldnt have to as I am a premium user which is clearly stated when I log on at spotify.com.
Please resolve this issues asap so I can enjoy my weekend music!

That's correct - you certainly shouldn't be receiving that error with a Premium account. First off, could I double check that you're logging in with your Facebook credentials?
I'm not actually, just my username (kristoffer_r)
would that make a difference?
EDIT: Tried with facebook logon and still doesnt work. same message again sadly.
I am having the same problem. I get an error 408 message when I try to login into spotify from my iphone.
I movied rom Sweden to the US , and have updated my country and credit card info, yet I still get error messages and a message saying " Your country does not match....." from the desktop application.
please help! I have no acces to my music and I am paying for over a month!!!!!

@lindaostrom - Would you be able to try a clean reinstallation of the applications and see if that makes any difference?
