Hello,
As of yesterday I can't log in to my Spotify account using my Spotify account details.
The interface appears but I get a 410 error code forcing me in offline mode, also saying that my username or password is wrong.
I've tried to reset the password, but I'm not getting the mail, maybe I've been hacked?

I did as you said to contact the customer services team but I've not recieved any replicies from them. Its been two weeks since I wrote them a mail and I would like to get this sorted out.
Update: I tried to change the password on my account (on my first tries I wrote my actual e-mail instead of my account login). It says that a mail have been sent to my email but I havent recieved anything from you. Could it be that the person changed the email on the account?
That is possible, did you not even get an automated email reply when you got in touch?

Yepp, I recieved a mail that said that they recieved a mail from me but I still havent got any replies or updates since then.
Edit: Do you mean the support or the password change?

I'm also getting this error, and I've tried logging in with 2 different accounts.

I get the error code 410! I logg in with my username "mantuss" i have the premium account and spotify is not working on my mobile either. When i try to reset my password it say that its conected to facebook. But its not. My usernamn account "mantuss" has 1 password and my facebook account "[Snip-Email-SuperUser]" has another. The problem is the they both have the same e-mail adress. What to do?

Sorry its so much hassle! I you email into the Spotify team directly using this form they will be able to assist you recovering your account manually.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have two case codes:
Spotify Case # 00669815 Spotify Case # 00684444
Neither have gotten a response yet. I was just billed for another month even though I do not have access.
Can SOMEONE please help me with this? This "support" for a paid service is a joke. 4 emails to support, 2 postings to the community and nothing so far that can help.
Can someone please help me re-instate the service that I am paying for? If I do not get this resolved by tomorrow I will be cancelling my subscription.
