Hello,
As of yesterday I can't log in to my Spotify account using my Spotify account details.
The interface appears but I get a 410 error code forcing me in offline mode, also saying that my username or password is wrong.
I've tried to reset the password, but I'm not getting the mail, maybe I've been hacked?

It says that you won't be able to re-open my account because of some gift card fraud charges? I've never had a gift card with Spotify? Am I still paying for this?

Do you have login approvals or two-step authentication enabled on Facebook? If so try disabling them.

I don't think so. I can login with any other applications there using facebook login, but not with spoify.
I have tried to use the contact form for more than 2 weeks ago, but I have still not get a answer.. 😕
Do you have a case number from when you sent in the contact form?
