Error Code: 410

Hello,

As of yesterday I can't log in to my Spotify account using my Spotify account details.

The interface appears but I get a 410 error code forcing me in offline mode, also saying that my username or password is wrong. 

I've tried to reset the password, but I'm not getting the mail, maybe I've been hacked?

It's been over a week and I still haven't heard anything from other Spotify moderators or from your payment team. I would really just like to be updated!

That's the only thing it says.

It says that you won't be able to re-open my account because of some gift card fraud charges? I've never had a gift card with Spotify? Am I still paying for this?

I get a mail from facebook every time i try to login, but spotify says it's the wrong pass/user????

Do you have login approvals or two-step authentication enabled on Facebook? If so try disabling them.

I don't think so. I can login with any other applications there using facebook login, but not with spoify.

Ok, the reason I made the request, is has been taken 2x 99,- DKK from spotify on my paypal account. But I've got them both reversed
