My Question or Issue

Why suddenly my other account (giuliatroia20002) have disconnected all my devices and I can not log in, saying that username and password are wrong.

Hi @giuliatro99 Make sure your username and password are the write ones for the account. If you forgot you password click on the forgot your password link below sign in button and then enter your email linked to account. You will then get instructions in your email to reset your password. That should work at restoring your account. If that fails (please use as a last resort) conatct customer service using the link below
