Recently, I change my location due to travel to another country. Now I  can not log in my account due to I unable to change country settings (Error code 408).Please

I follow your steps, however, there is no (new country from the dropdown list) as attached, only (USA) is available and I am not living there.

Also, if you're using a VPN, does disabling this help?

Also, if you're using a VPN, does disabling this help? I do not use VPN.
