Error during log in

I have problems logging in to my Spotify account. The username and password is correct but I still get the message that the password or username is incorrect (also when I changed the password) What could be wrong? Are there any who's having the same problem?

Do you have a Spotify username and password? Can you try restarting the device where the app's installed? Also make sure you're using your username and not your email address 🙂

Hi. Yes, I used username instead of e-mail address. Do not work on my
mobile phone or pc. I've tried to restart the phone with the app installed
but it still won't work.
