I have direct deposit. I have been billed to soon as I have not received my deposit yet.
I need to be billed on or about the 28th of each month.
How can I communicate this to the billing department.
I don't want a disruption in service.
(I have premium)
Any one know what I can do?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, we're glad to see you're part of the band.


In this case, the best thing to do is cancel your current billing cycle, wait until your account revert back to our Free service and then resubscribe to Premium on the day you'd like to be charged.
