Extending student discount

Hola! So I got the extension email and verified my university email address again before my account expires on 20.12.2016.

However, the profile overview says I will be charged 9,99. What's going on there?

Hey!

Your student discount is active for 12 months from the moment you apply it to your account. This is so Spotify can check your eligibility each academic year. After that, your account will revert to the standard Premium rate. Don’t worry though! We automatically send you an email reminder when your discount is about to expire. If you’re still a student, you can reapply for an additional 12 months.
