Facebook Connection Issues

I had previously disconnected my account from Facebook, and yesterday I reconnected it.  However, it doesn't seem to be working quite right.  The desktop and phone apps still show a blank picture and my username rather than my full name.  Basically it seems Spotify isn't properly pulling my profile info from Facebook.  I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting again.  Any other ideas?

Sorry for the delay--I just got notification of this response today, oddly.  Everything does seem to be fixed, and thanks for your help.

Is your Spotify username "djshackesq"? 

If so, I can confirm when I load your profile it correctly shows your full name and profile picture 😉 

 

Hopefully it will fix itself in your clients with a little time.

Hi,

 

It is showing OK on our account management page - it could just be a temporary error between our server and your applications.  I would expect it to update shortly (i also get a delay when I change my profile picture).
