I deleted my Facebook and now I can’t log into my premium account. I read around that the solution is to just make a new one. I’m okay with that but the problem Is that I can’t figure out how to unsubscribe to my premium.


How do I unsubscribe to the premium family plan if I can’t log in?

That's not cool! Please contact Spotify with this contact form instead and the support team will be able to help you.


After contacting Spotify, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
