Facebook Issue

I'm a blockhead, so sorry in advance for making someone do more work than they're paid to do.

Facebook can get annoying over time, and so I decided last night that I would make some changes.  I started by turning my Facebook profile into a page, using a tool offered on the site.  Then I changed my mind again, deciding to create an entirely new Facebook account so that I could start fresh... that's the gist of it.

So now, my Spotify premium account is attached to a pseudo-Facebook account that is completely useless to me, and I need a way out.  Is there any way I can save myself the headache and have my Spotify premium account linked to this new Facebook account?  I can give further details to whomever can resolve this for me.

The email on the old Facebook was schaffin@me.com, and the email on the new one is chaffin.steven95@gmail.com.

I actually made the situation worse by following the advice here, so now there is no Facebook account conected to my Spotify and therefore my Spotify Premium has 'poof' disappeared.  I've done this once before.  Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
