Facebook Login Fiasco

Hi there,

My wife made an account on spotify with a regular logo and username. When she clicked associate account with Facebook it did that but the problem is I was logged in to face book.
This is where it gets interesting.
It then associated itself with my Facebook account and I already had a spotify account with that Facebook account.
It overwrote my login and her account works but I lost all of my playlists and everything.

Customer service contacted her back after we used the online form and unlinked her account from my Facebook. But now I can't login at all.... I have contacted customer service 2 different times over the past week and I have received NO responses back.


All I want is my account and playlists back.

This is crazy how a simple click of connect to Facebook broke everything..

Anyone have suggestions?

Sorry to hear that your problem hasn't been resolved. Have you replied to the "no-reply" e-mail? If you don't reply then the support staff might think it's just spam.

I just replied to teh "no-reply" email hopefully someone will get back to me..
