Facebook/Spotify/Wrong Account! Everything is messed up

A week or so ago, I went to open spotify. Upon opening I realized that I was someone signed on to a friends spotify account. The weird thing was that all of my account information was used (username, log in information etc etc). But once in spotify, his playlists and itunes were showing instead of mine.

I followed every step I could using these forums and spotify's website, but I have had no luck! I tried re-uploading spotify, i changed passwords, i changed app setting on my facebook and nothing!

I wouldn't have a problem creating a new account, but I don't want to lose my follows and playlists (especially the playlists!)

I sent an email to the spotify team, but I never received a response....here is the case # i was sent # 00772278

Did you get an automated response to that case? If so, make sure to respond to it directly, and someone at Spotify will take a look.

I'll escalate it anyway so a Spotify staff member can check its progress.
