Facebook account information not linked to Spotify

My Question or Issue

So I've been trying to pre-save a song on Spotify and when I tried to log-in onto my account, I pressed on the Sign In with FaceBook option. It said that my account does not exist with Facebook so I went through the questions listed on the community page and they all said to check if it's linked to my Spotify profile and Facebook profile. Both were linked so I'm so confused why it did not process through. I even tried to sign in using my Facebook user and password in the boxes and they still don't process. Please help!

Could you please mention what was the original way (platform) you created your account with, Facebook or Email ?

Hey there @angella189,

Thank you for getting back in touch and for your confirmation.

You should be able to use your Facebook ID to log in. To find this:

1. Head to your Facebook settings at www.facebook.com/settings.
2. Click Apps and Websites in the menu on the left.
3. Click See more (if you can’t see Spotify in the list of apps) and select Spotify.
4. Scroll down to LEARN MORE.
5.  Copy User ID
