Family Billing Date

Today was the day my premium account was charged, I decided to switch to family package but am being told my next payment is less than a month from today 24/10/2016 till 13/11/2016 which does make sense to me. I signed up today as I want to be charged on the 23/24 of every month. Please help

I just switched to the family plan from an indivdual plan. Will the billing merge or will I some how have to cancel the payment from my first plan?
