Family Plan Account Keeps Getting Locked Out, Losing Music

Family Plan Account Keeps Getting Locked Out, Losing Music

I'm the primary acount for a family plan.  One of the subordinate accounts for a family member keeps being logged out of the spotify app on iOS, having difficultly loging back in (says incorrect credentials/etc), and when we are able to get back in, there saved music/playlists are gone.  

 

Any ideas to get the music, history, playlists back?
