Hi there, just upgraded from Premium to Premium Family. Added 4 members but once they receive email with invitation, the "accept" button is not active. If we try via link, they get this message: "Sorry! You're already a member of this (or another) Family plan. Please click below to switch to the account that you want to join to the Family plan."

I am having a similar issue. I sent my dad a link to join my Family Premium account. Everytime we enter all our information in, with the token code, and press submit it either 1) circles back to the entire process of entering in your information and token code again or 2) advises that 'Ooops! Something went wrong' page. I have tried to sign my dad up on the account more than 10x for the last 30 minutes and no luck. He now just has the Spotify free account. How does one fix this?
i have the same problem. i get to the activation window where i need to verify i am not a robot on google and then its "ooeps something went wrong error" . I tried both via direct link and via email activaiton and get the same error ? any ideas??

there are many suggestions in the community but non of them work for me. I have contacted support a few hours ago and I am waiting to see what they advise. I suggest you do the same and it seems like a system wide BUG

I discovered that I was entering in the Street Number and the Street Name
in incorrect sections of the form. I can't remember exactly what the
problem was since I can't use my link anymore...but I remember fixing where
I put the Street Number and where I put the Street name. ...
***OK Update...I tried to add my cat to the Family Plan to try out the link and it isn't working at all PERIOD. It has me confirm that I am not a robot over and over...so it looks like my initial issue is no longer the current issue at hand. Sorry guys, umable to offer help.
