Plan: Duo

Device: Iphone 11pro


Hello, i´m from Panamá, i just cancel my Duo Premium because we are now paying for the familly premium, all my family already are in the plan, they send me the invite, but when i put the same address, it appears me a message that there was a problem, my duo ends in a week and i dont want to loose all my downloads, i been trying for the past 4 days and nothig, what can i do?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Unfortunately, you need to wait until your Premium Duo plan has ended before you'll be able to accept the invite. There's a possibility your offline music will be removed from your device(s), but you can re-download it at any time after accepting the Premium Family invite.
