Family Subscription

Family Subscription

Hi, 

I was previously a part of a family subscription plan. But when the admin added another family member to the plan, I did not receive an email to verify my address and hence got kicked out. I got sent an invite link again but an error message popped up: "It appears this account does not have an associated family plan". 

Is there any way to rectify this without having to create a new account?
