Account hacked: continued

It's been over 24 hours and I haven't received any help from spotify still. My account email was changed twice, I responded to the first email. My account was upgraded and charged for family premium, and there are three users that I keep deleting from the account but they keep reappearing. I've sent multiple emails, I've even tried twitter, where I was told I would receive and email shortly. That was OVER 12 hours ago. I still have not received one. I'm getting extremely frustrated that my account was compromised, used and upgraded without my authorization and I cannot receive any help.

Additionally, I have been checking the spam folder of the email I provided them with.
