Family Subscription

any more thoughts about a family subscription? I would sign up today if one was offered! my wife and I both use my spotify account, but now my son and daughter want to accounts and I don't want to pay for 3 or 4 seperate accounts. 

Love the music and service. Just wishing for a family subscription!! keep up the good work

There is an idea currently in place that mentions this here - http://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Ideas/Discount-Family-Subscriptions/idi-p/2275. It's currently flagged as "Under Consideration," which means that the Spotify team is working to find a way to implement it. I recommend checking that thread out as well as adding your kudos and maybe a comment to show your support.

Keep in mind that if you live in the US, you can use Sprint's Framily Plan and if you live in Sweden, Telia has this functionality. Other than that, the team is working on a solution.

so I must admit that I just came off a free trial of beats music. I wasn't a fan at first, but it did grow on me. I feel like the spotify interface is a little easier to navigate (but then again, I have only used Beats music for a week so who knows) but the beats 'radio' based on genre is better IMO.

However, Spotify just released the family subscription which I have been waiting for........but it's not as good as the Beats Music family subscription. Beats is basically $15 bucks for 4 users with up to 10 devices. 

I have a decision to make now. We'll see how this goes. Spotify, really wish you could have done a little better here.
