Discount Family Subscriptions!

Before I made the switch from Rdio to Spotify they (Rdio) came up with a pricing model that allowed families to purchase a slightly discounted subscription.  

$9.99 for single unlimited user

$17.99 for 2 family members (20% discount)

$22.99 for 3 family members (50% discount)

Would love to see a similar pricing model so the rest of the family could get in on the action!

I don't remember my spotify adress and I cannot do my family spotify. Pleaseee help me. What is My Adress and where can I find?

I contracted a Premium Plan to benefit all the family.

But my daughter is rejected because she is a phisician that works in different places/hospital during the week!

She has been kicked out twice last week.

Can we fix it??

Hey @paulinho7cordas,

If you're the Family Admin, send by yourself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

Let her accept the invite logged in with his own username in the app and in the website. She should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of her being left out.

I'd like to subscribe to a Family Subscription. However, two of my family members already have premium accounts. What do we do? Cancel those two and add them to our family subscription? Do that first?

Hey @Ciaochow,

You can get the Family subscription and send invites to your family members. Their remaining time in their Premium subscription will 'freeze' and will become available once they're out of the Family Premium. No need to cancel first, unless they're paying through a third party (iTunes, mobile carrier, etc.)

No Parental Controls available on Spotify so family will be able to access fully explicit content and album covers whether you like it or not.

I am much more interested in talking with Spotify than with the community. Why, when I have paid for Spoitfy premium for family, do my 2 chilren and my partner get it and not me. I pay the bill!.

When I tried to buy another subscription- I bumped al;l of them off and they lost their playlists. Help! this is so frustrating.

Hej! Har länge varit Spotify familj prenumerant och varit nöjd. Men efter att ha flyttat ifrån min sambo så kan jag ej längre stå för Spotify för mina barn då vi bor på olika adress. Mitt ex är inte intresserad av att prenumerera så jag får nu betala för varje barn. Vore toppen om det går att fixa så man som skild även kan ha familj abonnemang

Spotify doesnt accept my address or my premium plan, i introduce my address wich is the same as my family members and spotify decline,i am entering as an adicional accounter
