Family acount suddenly changed to free acount

Hi there

Yesterday i acepted my family invite for a family acount. Activated it uses it yesterday and today but suddenly it changed from premium to free i was listening music and it stopped its only allowing me to shuffle songs and my ofline downloaden songs ar also gone

i followed all the steps uninstall relogg turn off device but no succes on both my android samsung and ipad and desktop logg in ar showing free status, after trying to use the code again no succes

i hope there is a solution for it !!

Next, tell your Family Admin to login to his own account page to see if you're still registered as a member.

Tell him to do the following:

1. Go to the account page.

2. Click MANAGE.

3. If necessary, send the invite again.
