Family member can't join thru invite

I invited my daughter to join my premium account but when she clicks it says she can't join bc she is already a member but on her account it shows free subscription

Support has checked on their end and confirmed your daughter is still Free, because she hasn't accepted the invite. You can tell her to make sure she's logged in on the account that's associated with the email address where the invite was sent. Then, she can try accepting the invite from a desktop computer, using an incognito window. That should do the trick.
