Well I will try in English
I have an account family
My wife had a free account
I try to send her to use the family and send me an error it was all ready in Spotify
I cancel her free account
I try again and now it does not allow to use her email
What can I do for her to use my family membership

Can she try using another email address?

She does not have another email

Email addresses are linked to accounts, even after they were closed.

I believe that she can re-open the account within 7 days and there shouldn't be any issues joining your Family plan.

If she still sees any error messages when joining, please let me know the exact error message.
