Family subscription

Hi,

I just signed up for a family sub with my son. But when he try to log on from the link I send him he get this answer "Cannot join Spotify family"? He logged in with my username/password.

What did he do wrong?

Hi. There's something wrong I think....... You say that he logged in with your username, actually he should log in with his own account not yours. I mean there is no reason why you two should use the same account since both are subscribed to a family plan.
