Family unable to join

Family unable to join

I subscribed to family once, it all worked fine till I didn't pay for my subscription. After paying for a new start to family subscription, my family members are unable to join my account. Error that was mentioned was, "not the same address as the owner". I ve been wanting to check my own address that was keyed in but to no avail! Please help!!!

I have the same issue. Does anybody from spotify  will answer this? Because I have looked for answers with no luck.

Yo bro, please check out my latest post on the ON-GOING sector. Apparently Spotify support doesn't bother to even read our issue.
