So, a few days ago i started noticing some weird artists and songs appearing to my account, as if i had saved them... which i didn't!
I did't bothered much until today i opened Spotify on my Android and ALL my saved songs and playlists were gone, and my account turned back to free (I'm premium).
I am connected to Spotify through Facebook, so i tried excluding the aplication from the Facebook settings, loggin out from Spotify and trying to connect back again... I followed these steps both on Android and in my computer. I also reinstalled Spotify on PC. Nothing worked.
What the hell happened? I want my songs back, help me 😞
PS: Sorry the English mistakes, it's not my primary langague

i already tried this link, but it says i don't have any deleted playlist
I don't know what else to do 😕
For the record: i just read an e-mail i received from Spotify notifying my address e-mail change to "dadler12345@yopmail.com". The strange part is that my e-mail address is atached to my Facebook account (as well as the entire Spotify account)
This is... frustrating. I already sent a response to account-details-changed@spotify.com to inform that i DID NOT changed my e-mail address!
I also sent a contact text through Spotify support: https://support.spotify.com/br/contact-spotify-support/

After a few e-mails the support team from Spotify found out that my account was duplicated with the same e-mail address somehow... I don't know exactly what happened, maybe i created a second account logging in directly with Facebook, creating a conflict, and someone changed to this "doppler12345"...
But i redefined my password from Spotify and took a few security actions. I logged again with my username and all my playlists and songs came back 🙂
OBS: BrunoFV, therefore, its my duplicated account.
