First subscription, why do I pay the 1st month?

Hi!

I just subscribed for a premium account. But it said that it's free for 30 days, then I'll pay for the next ones.

I don't understand why I just did pay for the first 30 days.

How can my problem be solved?

Did you choose the free trial at the free trial page? If not, then you would've subscribed.

If you message the customer services team using the Support Form, I'm sure they'll refund you 😉
