HELP! I am following someone I don't want to follow

I never clicked follow for this guy. Everytime I login, I am following him, and everytime I click unfollow. If I login again, there he is. I dont want my activity feed filled up with all this guys songs, I dont know him, I dont care what he listens to. Please someone tell me there is a way to fix this!

Have you tried a clean reinstall? There is a chance it's not reaching the Servers properly, or your Spotify is not receiving the response from the server. A reinstall should fix this.
