Forgot Email and Username

I have forgotten which email address I have used for my spotify account and the username provided in the app is incorrect. The account has premium, so would be able to log in again. 

Does someone know how I could recover my email address or username so I can log in?

I think that you can open a ticket to spotify providing some personal info (to them) such the last 4 number of the credit card used to pay the premium and then they will give you your mail back.
