Forgot email and password

I just logged out of my account that I don’t have the email address to and password I need help on what to do next

If you have previously connected Facebook with your Spotify account, you can try logging in using Facebook credentials. 

If you still can't log in, please contact Spotify directly through this contact form; 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and the support team will be able to help you out.
